Connectivity for tours and activities
Your availability, on the channels that sell your tours.
RezRoute connects the calendar you already keep to GetYourGuide and Viator through a single integration. You do not run a second system, and you do not oversell.

Scope
A connectivity layer, not a reservation system.
RezRoute does one job: it carries availability and bookings between your calendar and the channels that sell your tours. That narrow scope is deliberate, because the calendar that holds your seats should be the same one that answers a channel asking whether a seat is free.
- A reservation system. There is no RezRoute dashboard, no point of sale, no manifests and no reporting.
- A second calendar. Your availability stays in the marketplace portal you already use.
- A marketplace. RezRoute does not sell tours and does not hold customer money.
Pricing
Free for operators working with either marketplace.
If your tours are listed with The Greek Local or Cyprus Bucket List, channel connectivity is included at no cost: no monthly fee, no setup fee, and no charge per booking. See the full pricing.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs on its own.
- 01
Keep the calendar you already keep
You manage departures, seats and blackout dates in the marketplace portal you already use. Nothing moves, and there is no second calendar to maintain.
- 02
Connect the channel once
You select RezRoute in your GetYourGuide or Viator account and paste the product identifiers we give you. The channel then reads availability directly from your live calendar.
- 03
Bookings land in one place
A booking made on a channel writes straight into the same calendar, against the same seats, inside the same transaction as a direct booking.

The double-booking question
Two channels cannot sell the same seat.
Every operator selling on more than one channel has the same worry, and it is the right worry. The usual cause is a system that keeps its own copy of your availability and reconciles it a few minutes later. In those few minutes, two channels can both be told the last seat is free.
RezRoute holds no copy. A channel asking about availability is answered from your live calendar, and a booking is written in the same database transaction that checks the seat is still there. Two requests for the last seat are resolved by the database, so one succeeds and the other is refused. How this fails elsewhere.
